Linda has been active in the real estate industry for the past 32 years. A native Laredoan, Linda loves her community with its rich history and its unique culture. Early in her career, she worked as an Industrial Development Specialist with the Laredo Development Foundation where she developed a passion for real estate development, for meeting new people and helping to grow a better Laredo for future generations. Wanting to continue developing her passions, she joined Lula Morales Realty as a REALTOR® in 1989. She feels the practice of real estate creates limitless possibilities and feelings of great accomplishment when assisting people to find the residential or commercial property that perfectly meets their needs.

Knowing that community service is the key to improving the community in which she lives, Linda currently serves on the board of directors of the Laredo Theater Guild International, the Children’s Advocacy Center of Laredo-Webb County and of the Society of Martha Washington. She is a graduate of the Leadership Texas Program and is one of the five charter members of the Leadership Laredo Program as well as a member of the very first Leadership Laredo Class tasked with Identifying proven leaders and nurturing individuals with leadership potential within the Laredo community.

A product of local public schools, Linda is a graduate of Nixon High School. She continued her studies at the University of Texas at Austin where she received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance. Linda received her Real Estate Brokers License in 1992

A native Laredoan, Lisa has been actively involved with her community through her previous career as the Executive Director of the Washington’s Birthday Celebration Association (WBCA) for 10 years. During this time she gained a valuable understanding of the City and its people and businesses. She is also actively involved with the Laredo Chamber of Commerce as a board member and has served as an advisory board member and chairperson for the Laredo Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. She was a member of Leadership Laredo and currently serves as a member of WBCA and the Society of Martha Washington.

Chris was born and raised in Laredo, Texas and is fluent in English and Spanish. He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from American University in Washington, DC, where he majored in Accounting.

Since 2002, Chris has worked in the real estate and mortgage sectors. In 2007, he co-founded WH Mortgage Solutions DBA Thrive Mortgage – Laredo. In 2010, he became the General Manager and Chief Operations Officer of Haynes Properties, which has specialized in property management, real estate investments and real estate development for more than 40 years. His extensive experience in real estate, as well as in mortgages, gives Chris a unique perspective when it comes to advising clients on both the buyer and seller side of real estate transactions. He brings an entrepreneurial spirit to his endeavors, and Chris is always ready to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.

Community service and community involvement are very important to Chris. He is a member of the Laredo Association of Realtors. He has served as a board member of the Laredo Builders Association (LBA) since 2005 and is the President of the LBA for 2020.
